Villa Nails

I have had both Tom and Jenn do my nails for the last 8 or so mnths since I started to get my nails done again . I always have harder and wild nail designs I like . Every single time is it they have nailed it for me. It is also clean in there ans they try to fit you in anyway possible . Very nice and even charge my phone for me. One time when I forgot my charger I’m going to attach some pictures of nails done for me.

This was the first time i had been there since my normal nail place was closer. There were only 2 people working so it was busy but they did a great job! Super kind and they were doing their best to please everyone.

I started with having an appointment at 4 i came an extra 15 minutes early after waiting an hour I said i am only going to wait ten more minutes. The people where very unfriendly. To top it all off the woman who waited on use started taking about me about how i was disrespect and that i was the problem even though i was only taken in at 5 o'clock for my 4 o'clock appointment. It was clear that they don't appreciate our tender. The other reviewers are right take your money else where as of the long wait, unfriendly workers, the bad quality and the dirty salon. After drying my nails I saw that one of the colors drifted because of the wind on the fan and the people refused to re paint it.

My appointment was at 1:30pm, I arrived some minutes earlier. They said they were a little delayed. After 35 minutes of waiting I left. Terrible place.

Jenny does the best job ever. She spends a lot of time making our appearance perfect. The prices are great. The only issue is that she is always late, but it's worth the wait. She's a perfectionist. Also, she either can carry on a conversation with you, and remember your last conversations, even if you go more than every 6 weeks. But, if you want to relax without conversation, that's okay too. There is very little chatter among employees in an Asian language. I truly think she has the best shop.
