Villa Nail Spa

I’ve been coming here for years, but have recently noticed how the focus has shifted from quality to quantity when it comes to clients. I came in to get my gel nail polish removed and my tips (both of which I had done at Villa) and had Lisa who was also managing the phone and greeting guests. She was very distracted and trying to rush through removing my tips and color. I left with my fingers bleeding and the top layer of my real nails scraped away. I’ve had to take Tylenol to help with the discomfort because my nails are sooo sensitive to everything right now and are starting to turn black and blue. I am really disappointed in the quality and care and hope to save anyone else from having a similar experience.

Been coming here for years and always swore by this place for everything I needed to get done. Well, that might unfortunately be over now. I knew something was wrong when I felt a painful stinging and burning feeling on my face. They applied wax that was too hot (it adheres too tightly to the skin if too hot) and too low on the brow and therefore ripped my skin all along my brow and face... I wished to just speak to the guy in front privately because I was in pain and confused and wanted to show him what happened--but we got followed out and I don't know what she said, but I didn't get to speak and they then told me oh, you have sensitive skin and oh just put ointment on it. I said to him "my skin isnt that sensitive, you know me, I come here a lot and this never happens. this is so painf

Came here with a party of three to get our nails done for a wedding, and the experience was terrible. The nail technician was extremely rude, kept rolling her eyes and making condescending comments, and overall made us feel uncomfortable the entire time. When I finished, she told me to go pay in a very dismissive tone. I left part of the tip on my card and was about to add more in cash, but before I could, the man at the front desk rudely asked, “Why are you tipping so little? You should tip more.” It was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. This place ruined what was supposed to be a fun, relaxing pre-wedding experience. Never coming back here.

Very clean place. Quick service. I've done a regular manicure in the past which came out nice. Most recently I did the dip powder manicure, which I do NOT recommend. My nails started chipping day 4 and two nails completely popped off by day 6. I called the shop when I noticed the chipping so soon and was told that the nails can chip in cold weather (it has been 60-70 degrees). By the next day the two different nails came off completely. Waste of money. I went back day 7 and had to pay for removal within one week of getting them done. Even the nail tech said that is not suppose to happen. There was no customer service or concern that I literally completed this service with them less than a week ago.

In the past few months the service has gone downhill. Pedicure chips in a couple of days, UV gel extensions starts to lift off of nail within 10 days (usually lasts 3 weeks).
