Horrible I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I was initially quoted $55 just to apply acrylic, which already felt excessive. The application was poorly done, the nails were not properly filed, and the shape was so bad that the technician could not continue the service or even do a French style, as originally planned. Although they ended up charging me $40, I still feel this was too much for an incomplete and poorly executed service. The quality did not match the price at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place and would not return.

My first time visiting this shop & overall it was a good experience with great service . Customer service did not lack , it was quiet and peaceful . Karen did a full set cat eye for me & I love it . Great conversation, good prices , great work . I think I found my new spot & nail tech .

It was my first time here and I fell in love with the vibe and atmosphere. Everyone is super friendly my new favorite nail tech Karen is the bomb super friendly and she listens to your likes and wants. This is definitely the best kept Gem in Decatur. Thank you so much for starting me and my daughter's birthday off on a great start.💜💜💙💙

My nails were butchered from work, constant alcohol sanitizing. I did not know my nails could look so nice. The pictures do not do justice!

Been going here for years. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. Cammy does great gel manicure and the new guy Nathan is my new favorite. You can tell he’s passionate and helped me come up with ideas because I can never decide.
