This store 10 outta 10 DO NOT recommend!! I started to support them because its a black owned business in my area. I will never step foot in this establishment again. The owners barely step foot in this place. They have the hours plastered on the front door but they are never open during those hours. They dont leave a sign on the door or anything. Reading the reviews it seems that quite a few people have had the same issue w this place. I would like for them to leave that location and let someone who actually wants to run a business in that space.

As mentioned in other reviews... They work when they want to work and not by the posted hours of business... Second time I attempted to patronize their business. Standing outside Sunday at 1:15 PM EST... Signs states open at 1:00 PM ... Lights off and not a soul in sight... Will not be returning... Bad for business.. Good luck catching someone there during "working hours"... Guess they show up when they feel like it...

I have visited here a few times this year already. Recently, I visited here about a week ago. The store closes at 8pm I arrived around 7:20pm. Although, I was not going to be long I was still mindful of the time out of consideration. The event that occurred was very distasteful. I don’t know if the woman there was an employee or the actual owner… However, She was on the phone having a conversation and mentioned that she was going to be a while before getting off because this customer is taking a long time. I was the only customer in the store so that customer was me who she was talking about. She was also huffing and puffing like I was inconveniencing her. Very rude, very unprofessional, and not very customer oriented to be comfortable behaving that way when a patron is in your presence. I

I live very close to this beauty supply store and I’ve been in a time or two. No issues. I knew what I wanted so I was just in and out. Well today I was looking for the Razac Body Lotion. First I called and Alicia verified they had it in stock. Then when I went in the store she was all smiles, provided me with exceptional customer service and made sure she went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. She definitely have my business from here on out.

Expired products on shelf. Barely anything of use. Most likely will not have what your looking for. I swear this store has to be a front/cover for something else. I've been 4 times for small items out of pure desperation and was disappointed EVERY TIME!
