I was a little disappointed and have to provide a mixed review. I had called to schedule the appointment on the phone and explained that I was looking to get my son a haircut, myself an undercut and trim, and then my daughter was wanting a coloring and highlight. The guy said no problem and to just come in at 11. Didn't take my name or phone number so I was a little concerned. Well when we got there, the lady said they don't do colorings. Not sure where the breakdown in communication happened. My haircut and my son's turned out pretty good, but not sure why they wild agree to do a coloring when they don't do them.

Only place I take my boys to. Great flexibility with appointments and always super nice and helpful. I am not always sure what the haircuts they want are called and sometimes switch it up but they always cut my boys hair exactly like Im picturing it.

Walked right in and got to it! Juanita is great. We did a complete transformation on my medium length, straight hair blunt cut. Absolutely LOVE it! I'm definitely a regular now. UPDATE: I was a regular for many trims. Then my straight bangs were turned kinky (she used a razor to trim them so it was like curling ribbon) and my cute layered hair became a mullet (somehow she managed to trim and shape my bottom layers into a weird shape). I will no longer be a customer.

I went in for a hair color with Juanita and she did an excellent job also with a haircut.the price was not high so I'll be back

I called early in the morning for an appointment. The lady on the phone said they don't take appointments and walk-ins are only allowed. I came in with my two sons for them to get a haircut. We were never acknowledged. They took the people that came after us and still didn't acknowledge us.
