Vida Salon - Highlands

Lacee is so sweet and so detail oriented! She did an amazing job for my first visit! I already scheduled my next appointment, for a gloss and blow out. I love my highlights and hair cut. The color is exactly what I wanted. And, I love Aveda products. The salon is nice and the staff seems to be a very solid team! They gave me a glass of champagne, and water while I waited. Very accommodating!

The perfect salon, the perfect stylist, and the most beautifully perfect cut , turned a very difficult week around, and I feel pretty 💕 I had very long platinum hair to my mid-lower back, but it had a ghost haircut and breakage that was haunting me! I barely explained anything and Tanaya got the vibe I wanted. My layers are flattering, ad dimension and movement instead of blending in, looking like end of a broomFINALLY! As someone who also works in the beauty industry, I rarely leave bad reviews — but after my experience at Vida Salon, I felt it was necessary. This wasn’t just about a mistake being made. It was about how poorly it was handled from start to finish. I had an appointment on June 9 with Stephanie. I arrived five minutes early and went to the front desk to check in, but no one was there. After waiting, someone finally came out from the back, walked right past me without saying a word. I had to get up and let her know I’d been waiting. She said she’d grab my stylist. Stephanie didn’t come out until 15 minutes after my scheduled time and acted as if nothing had happened. No apology. No acknowledgment. It immediately set a bad tone. Veronica is the best!! She saved me from a horrible haircut I have myself a month ago. Shes also so nice!!! The staff are nice in general, you’re always pampered at Vida Highlands! 10/10 recommend!
