I wish I could leave 0 stars. I asked for them to remove my gel polish and give me a simple manicure with no polish. She soaked the gel in acetone for about 90 seconds and then used a hooked metal tool to painfully scrape the rest off. She then filed and filed them, making my nails SO THIN, that they were painful and pink. Quickly pulled my cuticles off and slapped on some lotion. This whole thing took about 20 minutes and I was ready to leave, upset because I knew she had completely trashed my nails. I paid for my service but I politely declined to tip when she asked if I wanted to Venmo my nail tech. The owner (or whoever was taking the payments) seemed upset I wasn’t tipping but I showed her my nails and tried to explain. She tried to tell me that’s what gel polish does to your nails….

To start with the positives, I was seated immediately, my tech was very attentive and my nails looked good in the end. I had two issues during my visit: 1. I was debating between to colors, and when I asked if we could try a color with chrome powder on top on ONE nail just to see if I like it, I was told it wasn't possible because it would take too long. I was quite confused because I've never had this issue anywhere that I've been. Curing two coats of a color takes 45 seconds each, adding the powder takes even less time and removal with a drill if I do not like it takes no time as well. I found this to be poor customer service. If I am paying $85 for a fill in with gel, how is this simple request too much? 2. Immediately after paying I was asked "will you be using cash or Venmo for the

I’ve been coming here for three years, and they always do a wonderful job. Great attention to detail and can do all shapes and designs. And the staff is very kind to top it off!

This salon is very friendly and professional — they truly made sure I had a positive experience from start to finish. I loved that they offered a wide range of beautiful colors and styles to choose from, which didn’t feel limited like other places I’ve been to. They asked thoughtful questions about how I wanted my nails done and really paid attention to the details. The pricing is very reasonable, and what stood out to me most is how great the team is here. The manicurists support and help each other — I had two of them assist in removing my old nail stickers, and they made it feel so easy and seamless. Xiaoqin did my gel manicure, and it turned out absolutely beautiful — bright, sparkly, and exactly what I wanted. I’m so satisfied with the outcome and already looking forward to coming b

Do not get Gel X sets at this salon— only five days passed before three of the nails broke off. I was told Gel X is weaker than the other options, yet they’re priced at $100 which is the highest price in their services. Extremely inflexible salon— I asked if they could at least remove the other nails (which they refused to do at no charge) or provide in-store credit especially since I’ve gotten manicures at this salon before (they also refused this). They only offered to fix two of the nails for free but somehow fixing three nails would be at a charge. I can understand the charge for removal but refusing in-store credit under all circumstance is terribly inflexible. I’ve been to other salons that value client loyalty (often giving ‘punch cards’ for a free service after x amount of visit
