I had an amazing experience at Vida Flow! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and made me feel completely comfortable. George and Shawn were especially outstanding they were knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process and provided top-tier customer service. I truly appreciate how kind and personable everyone was. Caroline and Morgan were an incredible help today! They provided a quick and wonderful service. I have rolling veins so sometimes providers have a hard time getting the IV in place but Caroline did a wonderful job at finding a good and easy injection place! Overall an excellent experience.

This is my first time trying any sort of IV injection therapy and I can’t brag on the team here at Vida Flo in Buckhead. Caroline was the most gentle nurse…She made me feel so calm and relaxed and was extremely quick. There was also a lovely guy who worked with Caroline, I believe his name was Peter… He brought me water and a blanket but overall their kind demeanor and professionalism is what’s going to continue bringing me back. 😊
