After reviewing the website we ultimately chose to get the UV gel extensions for $60 (as the website clearly stated). When we arrived the service was good and they took us immediately even though they were busy and we were fairly early. They got all of our nails done in close to three hours and I hadn’t yet seen my nails but were told they look fantastic by another tech sitting in and watching however, things took a turn for the worse when we headed to the register i was then charged $90 ($30 more then intended) not to mention the fact that they were lopsided, completely wrong shape (i asked for coffin), cu

I made pedicure appointments for my friend and me for the same time on Sunday, but when we arrived there was only one person available to work on both of us and we had to wait quite a while for both pedicures to be completed. In addition, I question their practice of having one technician prepare the nails (and this applies to manicures as well) and then having another person finish up. What’s the right amount to tip each person? I’m a little suspicious that this practice is designed to have the customer tip more than would normally be the case, especially when both people deserve the same tip. Because of this I probably won’t go back.

Gaby did so well on my nails! I’ve been going there a little while she always does well. But this last time literally knocked it out of the park. I’m very picky and she did AMAZING! The shape, color, design, rhinestone, thickness LITERALLY EVERYTHING. I changed my mind a couple times and she didn’t get annoyed still smiled. Can’t wait for next time! I really didn’t want to write this, but after a few days of thinking it over and discussing it, I feel it’s necessary. I live in Collinsville and have been to this nail salon a few times. This past Friday, March 14th, I went in for a gel pedicure and a gel manicure with tips. The pedicure was fine, though it took an entire hour. The manicure, however, was a disaster. The technician, whose name I believe was Vilma, physically hurt me at least ten times—I started counting after the third. She was extremely rough and aggressive with the filing, to the point where I started bleeding. She kept calling me “sensitive” as if that justified it, but anyone would be if their skin was being cut. On top of that, two of my nails are visibly crooked. She placed the tips on my left thumb and right index
