Victoria's Secret & PINK

Absolutely love this store. Can get a little pricey, but my coupons help! Staff are helpful, store is clean. Lots of testers if you have any favorites or new fragrances you want to try out. Baskets to put any wanted items in. I had 25% off coupon on top of the already 40% in-store, I also got a free item up to $9.95 off so I pick had purse size hand lotion Balck Cherry Merlot (one of my all time favorites) that they no longer carry the large tube's 😒 Love my coupons especially on their discount specials!

Asked to be measured for a new bra. I was measured she put me on a cup size 2 sizes to big. I bought the bras because she said they fit great. They looked ok but after wearing it for a few hours it really was to big and the cups dug into my armpits. Unfortunately they are now non refundable because tags are removed and they have been worn. Expensive mistake for sure.

Went into the store yesterday to make an exchange. There was a guy and a girl working the registers. The guy had absolutely no social skills or customer service skills, did not greet me, and was completely distracted during the transaction. It did not help that the girl working next to him was distracting him by talking about how much she hates the new app they have to use for scheduling. I stood there waiting for him to complete my transaction while they just complained to each other about work. He would literally stop ringing up my items to talk to his coworker. No sense of urgency whatsoever. They were like 13-year-olds working their first job and I cannot believe Victoria’s Secret would hire them. I almost started recording because it was unbelievable. Next time I will.

I went in just to check out their new scratch-n'-sniff panties. The employee informed me that those were never invented. After scratching and sniffing a few, it turns out that she was correct!

Shout out to Josie! She made me feel super comfortable and was very informative. Very good at her job, keep her around :)
