Normally I couldn't have a single complaint but this time she was going for some type of lotion or girl whatever and they didn't have anything of the type.

I love the size of the store and selection, but the perfume section is almost non existing. I also feel like because I'm a plus size person that the staff sometimes doesn't want to help me. I never have that problem at the okemos location, just this one.

Unfriendly staff, non cooperative to answer any questions (tested all 3 of them). Should NOT be working there.

Small VS. Located in Eastwood Town center. Staff is nice. Just wish it was bigger.

Went in knownng exactly what I wanted, walked around four times looking for the style I have purchased before, past four different employees not one said hello or can we help you. Even when I was pulling my own sizes out of drawers. Decided not to make my purchase at this location. The employees said something as I left about are you looking for something particular, but they seemed more interested in vacuuming and closing up shop then helping a customer when they were still open for 20 minutes.
