Customer service at this Southlands VS And VS Pink has gotten so much better!! Compared to last summer and Autumn of 2025.. I came into Victoria Secret a few days ago. I was immediately greeted by Kaycee either an associate or manager. Kaycee was really helpful she kept checking in one me to see if I needed any help.. I was trying to find a certain bra in my size.. She suggested looking in the drawers and different bins. I ended up finding a few bras, More than I expected. They brought back the 60% semi annual sale definitely a bonus!! The Kaycee was nice enough to let me put my bra’s on hold.. Some retailers have strict holding policies, or don’t do holds altogether. Over all great customer service from Kaycee and other associates.!! . I will be back to shop at Victoria Secret, Victori

The white lady with black hair greeted me very politely until I told her I had a return and her whole mood changed. She even switched with the other girl next to her and said “can we switch ? Im so horrible at this! “ it was just a simple return not sure what was so complicated? She acted like she was refunding me from her own money. I’ve worked retail before, this isn’t how you treat customers.

I have visited this spot. Each time is a bad experience. Yesterday, was by far the worst. I wanted to purchase a bra with matching panties. The ladies were not helpful. I had to find everything myself one person helped me with one thing and then told she needed to help others. I watched her walk over to the register as she drank her water. The cashier that checked me out-told me I was pre-approved for a credit card. I told her I already have one. I had coupons of $30 off if I spent $100. She couldn’t handle it. She first charged 3 bags to put me over and give me a tote, then she took it all away. I told her I can purchase more panties. Instead she scanned the $15 couple. I was over $100 but she didn’t scan things right. I kept telling her that the panties were different prices. She was in

I shop at this store often and each time, they exceed my expectations with customer service. It's good to see that good customer service still exists. I was in the store today, November 9th around 2:00 p.m. and the staff was amazing, courteous, and very helpful. The store was also clean and easy to shop. Thank you!

I came in oct 23 to exchange a bra which I had gotten in the wrong size and the customer service was the worse I’ve ever experienced. The blonde lady was very helpful and nice. The other lady with black hair ignored me as I walked up to the register for the exchange then looked at me for about 30 seconds before coming to check me out. Once I stated it was an exchange she rolled her eyes and took my receipt. When she scanned the receipt she looked me up and down and said “this isn’t going to work for me” I got this stuff yesterday so idk why the receipt wouldn’t work for her very odd whatever. We got the transaction figured out and she placed the bra on the counter no bag nothing to conceal my undergarments while walking out to my car. I stared at her for about a minute seeing if she would
