Visiting the area & wasn’t sure about this place since the ratings were low. I got a gel mani & pedi done & it looks great. Justin did a great job. I’ll definitely be back again. Also got my brows threaded & the lady did a good job also

I went in for a soak-off, but instead of properly soaking off my acrylics, the technician tried to forcefully remove them without the correct process. This not only damaged my natural nail but also showed a clear lack of professionalism and care. As a nail technician, she should know better. I will never return to this salon.

The nail person was rude.!! She finished my pedicure in less than 10 min. No cuticle oil scrub NOTHING!!! When I said something she said go somewhere else. As I did, there are millions of the same I. NYC. Didn’t even have colors on nail chart. Don’t use them go down the street from Green Acres . N they didn’t even have customers Spent nothing I left can spend my money somewhere elese. These. Rude ppl lucky I was n a good mood. Or!!

Why did I pay $160 for a sloppy garbage gel manicure & acrylic pedicure ?? Do not go here not only do they argue with you about the price but the work is trash. They didn’t massage after or use lotion. I really am disgusted, not only am I super pregnant but I had my 2 other children with me, to tell someone to over pay based on the time frame it took to complete the work is outrageous. Do you see how disgusting my nails are ? I didn’t want to be there another second. This crap job took 3 hours. SMH. When Yu pay high prices you expect quality. Then the person had the nerve to be rude and agressive when asked to fix their mistakes. What I got was a damn disappointment. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau !!

I do not recommend this place. The technicians seem inexperienced and unprofessional. One tech did a poor job on my nails, and when another tried to fix it, the results were still terrible. Instead of sitting around on their phones and drinking Starbucks, they should focus on improving their skills. On top of that, the customer service is awful—they argue with you when you’re simply asking for the service you paid for. Overall, a very disappointing experience. My nails are lumpy and thick with horrible shaping
