Victoria's Nails

The SNS polish done a month ago for a wedding came in to get it removed and get just regular gel polish picked out the color I wanted then they turned around and like no no you need this and switch the color I wanted to the sns powder again after me telling them a second time that I wanted the polish that I already picked out that was in my guy‘s hand and they still did the powder which the color is pretty but it’s not the color I was wanting. I wanted a teal blue and it’s more an aqua green will not be coming back.

My neighbor who had never had a pedicure went into Victoria's nails and came home and told me all about them. I haven't been able to find a good tech here lately. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I was just getting a pedi but decided to get acrylics while I was there I gave Nina my idea and she went right to it. I have never had a nail tech as friendly as she was and she stood up the whole time and did them. Needless to say I was very satisfied and I will be going back!

This has been my nail and eyebrow place forever until now!! Nina always did an awesome job on my eyebrows but last time the wax was so hot it burned me!! Never Again! I continued to go just for a pedicure even though I don't care for the gel polish..I don't like how it has to be removed or the price! Today was my last day being serviced here. I ended up at Walmart where Kim did an awesome job on my eyebrows! Change is scary sometimes but necessary!

Honestly i think the customer service is good but after paying i probably won’t be back i was charged $169 plus a $40 tip i paid because today is my cousin birthday treat to her but come on now she gets her nails and feet done no acrylic toes just plain gel white and French tip no designs or diamonds number 3 spa . I got my toes done ONLY already had one acrylic toe which didn’t have to be repaired just new nail polish and a design on two toenails 4 all together and i got a number 4 spa . The price alone was insane but i paid just because i dont want trouble just keep it moving and never go back .if anybody is going to pay that price should be luxury at least i get wine while having to pay such a high price

Easily the best place in Walton County; just wish I'd found it sooner! Laura is an artist, and she made me feel like an old friend. Only place in Monroe and Loganville that I would recommend to a friend. I have had many bad experiences at other nail salons with misunderstanding what I wanted, painful rotary filing, and feeling uncomfortable/unappreciated by side conversations and giggling between techs. This is definitely my new go-to.
