Doraliz is AMAZING! I've seen her for the past three years and she goes above and beyond to give you a great experience. She answers your questions honestly and gives you recommendations upon request. I highly recommend her. You can also have a manicure done here in the nail salon. I haven't tried the nail salon part, but I've heard good things from my friends who use those services. The friendly staff at the front desk provide great customer service, either in person or over the phone. There are some parking spaces out front, as well as more around the side of the building, all free. You can access Victoria Station from either Beulah Rd. or Church St.

Amazing, tailored and efficient service. Very friendly owner and salon team. Definitely going back! Highly recommend - especially for Indian hair (they catered to my texture, curls and style without reshaping or needing to add too much heat).

My wife had scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. On the day of the appointment, she had a brutal cold. She offered the salon to have a friend take her appointment - she refused. She said she could come in and wear a mask - they refused and said she shouldn't come. And yet, they STILL charged her. I understand the need to ensure appointments are kept to make the business model, but you can't have it both ways - if you won't let someone come in, you CAN'T charge them. My wife really liked this salon, but she will never, ever go again. My advice: definitely don't schedule an appointment for a date in which it is remotely possible that you might become sick, because they won't let you find another customer, won't let you come, and they will charge you regardless.

This salon is one of the best places I have ever gotten my hair done. I have been around to a lot of places all over the world!! First of all, the ladies all working there are good friends, and no "competitive" vibe there, which I LOVE. But even more than that, I went in for a HUGE problem of having matted hair. I had done a home mask, that I left in over night and when I rinsed out, my hair had reacted badly. Which they told me when I went in. It had matted and glued my hair into a huge mess. Sara, and all the other ladies were so helpful, and sweet, and comforting. I literally had one huge dread going from one side to the other. My Girlfriend has Covid and forgot to call due to being sick. They call her today in sort of an aggressive manner not asking to charge my card but tell her they were going to charge my card for 200 dollar for no services rendered/missed appointment. I checked with chase this morning and they did charge my card unauthorized for 200(still pending). I will be disputing this with chase and they will pull the money back from the merchant(I've done it before with this bulling tactics from businesses and unacceptable service). I've recommended this place for 24 + years and will no longer recommend it and tell people to avoid it at all cost. I spend over 200 dollar every-time and tip decent.
