Walked in today for a gel manicure and waited less than 10 minutes. Mae was wonderful and did such a beautiful job on my nails for Valentine’s Day! She was also very quick and finished in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend and i will definitely be back

Check out this pedicure, it's funny, I went for the first time but it will definitely be the last. Cindy was very good at manicure and gel but this was the first time I saw this pedicure. The old version was definitely better and also the person who welcomed us was aggressive and never smiled?! I suggest you take a look at how you host because this attitude is causing you to lose customers and also I paid $33 including tip for the pedicure but this price is definitely too much for this pedicure!

I booked an impromptu appointment here since I’m visiting my parents. They were able slide me into a spa pedicure spot within the hour of calling. This place is surprisingly huge. They have at least 18 chairs (not sure if they have 18 manicurists) and then the back room had 8 pedicure chairs. This place seemed busy— I’m glad I called for an appointment. Lourdes did my pedicure— she was fantastic! I especially enjoyed the leg and foot massage that comes with the spa pedicure (36 dollars not counting tip.) I paid cash because there was a note that states there is a small percentage fee if you use credit card. I’ve been to this establishment 3x. When I first arrived I was unaware that you go to a drilling station prior to seeing your nail tech. The girl who does the drilling comes off rude, I don’t know if it’s a language barrier but when you greet her she is not responsive or has an attitude. Also when you tell them the drill is hot they get upset and huff. Realizing that’s the norm, I over looked it because the nail tech usually does an outstanding job and are quite communicative. However, this time today my nail tech was obviously in a rush and pretty careless. They filed down into my nail bed making me bleed, they sloppily applied the color to my nails allowing streaks on the nail surface, didn’t wipe the dust off my nails before applying the top coat, and haphazardly applied the topcoat get

This nail salon does NOT care for the safety of its clients. I came for an appointment around 5pm for a pedicure. They decided to wipe the floors while i was there. There were a lot of customers besides me still there. I walked to the front desk to pay and slipped on the wet floor. My back is in pain and I understand the floors need to be cleaned and workers want to get home fast, but at least warn the customers or put up a wet floor sign! Especially because people coming for pedicures are usually wearing slippers! I’m NEVER coming here again because i fear for my safety. It’s not worth it.
