I was absolutely fascinated by this nail salon from the very moment I walked in. The place is incredibly elegant, spotless, and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Vince and Hunter, and I must say their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations. They both made me feel at ease and delivered a flawless job on my nails and pedicure. Every step of the process showed how much they care about their clients and the quality of their work. I came in as a new client for a dip manicure and will not be returning. When taking off my dip, she dremeled off a good portion of my nail leaving me bleeding & bruised. Sure, accidents happen but then she damaged a second nail the same way! 😫 my beautiful nails are ruined. Afterwards she said we could still proceed with the manicure and I refused because that’s a huge health risk to myself and others. She was apologetic but this experience makes me think the techs here are not trained properly. My two damaged nails are in pain. I strongly encourage others not to go here. Edit: my nails are still not the same and keep breaking in the same area. I’m so so sad and mad about the services they offer here Note: the owner has been ignoring this review and will only respond to positive reviews.

I don’t write reviews often but I had to because I am in love with my nails. It was my first time in and I sat with Andy. I loved his professionalism and how attentive to detail he is. He made sure I was happy after every step and the end result speaks for itself. I don’t get my nails done very often but I will be coming back to Andy when I do.

I usually dont do this type of thing.. I went in in December to get my eyelashes done, as a Christmas present. Not only did they not do it correctly but they also cut my natural lashes which is diabolical! Eye lash technicians are not suppose to do that( at least not real ones) , but i was also unhappy with the outcome of the eyelashes. I asked for them to be fixed when I was there, I had to go else where to get them fixed. My eyelashes just now are growing back. Not only that but I called and talked to them about this and wanted some compensation for them cutting literally all my real eyelashes off, not even asking for the full amount back, they denied that and said the owner would give me a call the next day about it, and guess what?? NEVER received that call. Very disgusting experience

I highly recommend Victorias Nail and Spa!! Their customer service is amazing. I’ve been getting my nails and toes done here for a little while and have always loved the experience and results! I just recently booked their head spa plus facial and wow! Definitely recommend!! I booked with Julia and it was super relaxing. Always a 10/10 experience here.
