showed a clear reference photo of the French tip nails I wanted, but the result looked nothing like the picture. The white tips are uneven, thick on some nails and thin on others, and the shape is inconsistent between fingers. The base color also doesn’t match the soft pink nude I asked for. During pedicure, the owner (I’m assuming Melissas husband, whom I’ve been told is not good at his job at all) was acting like he was afraid to touch my feet, & was basically pushing more dirt under my toe nails… at that point I had built up the courage and asked for someone else. & ontop of everything I wasn’t asked to confirm the shape or design during the process, and by the time I realized how uneven the tips were it was already finished. I was worried because of the reviews but I brought my daughters here and they did a really good job on our toes. They were nice and had great customer service. Very friendly.

Gave them a second chance, they were rude and made my nails look horrible and was snobby when I double checked to see if they gave me the right change. Would not recommend, it’s just a petty atmosphere. Never had this issue at Pro Nails

Came in for a walk-in to get my nails off as I didn’t want acrylics anymore & none of them were soaked off as you normally would have done, but I instead got them physically ripped/pulled off. I asked multiple times if we could soak them, kept pulling my hand away out of the pain - the guy doing them just kept saying “no more, no more” and proceeded to keep doing what he was doing. If I wanted to have that done, I could’ve done that at home at no charge. I will never be back.

I was ten minutes late and Mellisa treated me like I was in her way. I've waited for her up to 30 minute late she said had to take her kids to school more than once. Been going there quit awhile but will not go back. Don't want to go where I'm not wanted or in way cause her trouble for now I think all she wants is money.
