I’m really disappointed with the quality of the services I recently received. I paid $57 for a dipped powder manicure and $37 (half-price) for a gel color, and unfortunately neither service has lasted longer than a few days. My dip set from November 19th started peeling within a week. I went back on Tuesday, November 25th, hoping it would be fixed. Instead of properly removing the old dip, the technician drilled the red layer down and applied a new green gel color on top. Within days, the gel began chipping and peeling off completely, as you can see in the photos. I’ve been coming here because my nails usually last and the work is great, but this time the quality and longevity were nowhere near what I paid for. Highly recommend this nail salon. Tommy does an amazing job. I don’t think I have ever had such natural looking acrylics!! He just gets it. The place is mellow hang, they give you complementary drinks and it’s less expensive than other salons. Definitely ask for Tommy!!

I love Craft Nails and spa! I usually ask for Tommy to do my nails. I get the dip powder because it keeps my nails healthy and long. He always does a great job and always fits me in with my busy schedule. There’s so many dip colors to choose from so I never get bored. They have a lot of good options for pedicures too. I’ve had many of the technicians do my pedicures and they always hold up to high quality work and ethic. Highly recommend!

Been going to Craft Nails for a year now and am always pleased with their services. Tommy did an ombré dip for me today and Amy gave me a pedicure. I like the powder applied thin and Tommy always accommodates. I also have an in grown toe nail and Amy spent extra time fixing my nail.

Paid $75 for a new set and in a week they were lilting bad I had to buy gorilla glue to keep them on. I am forced to remove them one week later because the lifting is worse.. complete waste of money
