My first time here and I was so impressed! Friendly, clean and the workmanship speaks for itself. I keep short nails for typing and working and its hard to find GREAT nails technicians! Ken, thank you! See you every two weeks!!! Drive that extra mile down liberty road and see the difference this place offers.

The reason for this low rating is because they charge $20 for gel polish. Never in my years of getting gel, has the upcharge ever been at a staggering $20. With the cost of everything going up, I never thought that would be one of things that would raise up. I wanted the lavender pedicure which was already $55, tack on that extra $20…..had to go with the basic just to be equivalent to the $55.

i walked in to get a full set with overlay and i was taken within 15-20 minutes, she sat me down and started drilling right away, she didn’t even clip my nails she only asked what color and if i was getting tips, she put the polish on effortlessly and i also asked for coffin shaped nails. she cut the actual nail tips to make it “coffin” she didn’t even file it, nor did she even shape the acrylics.

Walk in to counter lady on cell phone. She never turned around to say hello or nothing. The young lady Kelly waited on me. Not friendly at all. No personality and have the nerve to have a note at her station saying, if you have a bad attitude or arrogant don't come stay home cause she do not want to deal with you. So unprofessional. And they are also over price. Never again!

The service here is very poor!!!! Don’t walk but RUN Away! They are rude and not clean!! They also didn’t have the heat on!!! I waited 1 hr then she said 35 mins. Mins later she said 25 mins after waiting 30 mins. We agreed on 2p so I went to my car to warm up. I walked in at 202 and she started someone else. Then when I asked her about it she said to sit and wait again.
