If I could give them A zero star I would! Called on A Wednesday to make an appointment for Sunday! I was told no appointment needed just walk in! Myself along with 2 other people waiting with only one stylist on site! It’s now 9:40am still not an explanation or anything! I should’ve listed to my gut after seeing the reviews! I like to have my own experience and I clearly got it! Never EVER again!

Vicky’s is my go to place for my braids and sew-ins. They’re never crowded , get done quickly and I always love my hair. The owner actually canceled her own appointments to accommodate me. I am giving 4 stars because the price of my sew-in doubled from the last install.

Horrible service. I only got seven braids which they charged me $100 dollars for and they came loose the next day. The lady who did my hair had to keep stopping because her toddler kept crying. I will never visit the shop again!

Terrible service from the suspected owner. Other braiders were always nice and respectful. Been going here for many years. First, made a rude comment about walking in with my hair tangled . I combed the best i could and I did not need a snarky comment. Had me sitting down combing my own hair giving snarky comments about how i comb my hair. Next, ups the price again from braid to twists (which usually is less) to 70$. Mind you this place is NOT like 10/10 styles/parting. Next i complain about how rude she was and how her prices are not representative. She started to get aggravated and point fingers at me to never come here again (but then saying to go sit in the chair) Ridiculous service from the lady who seems like the boss. I asked for stitch corner rolls. I showed the lady the style and how I wanted it and fast-forward one hour and 30 minutes later she was doing regular corn rolls not need the parts were not clean and she basically was just playing in my hair. I hate it and I read it zero out of 10 would never go back in my life. I ended up Still paying because I hate confrontation, but this was the worst
