Vicki hair salon

Absolutely horrible with kids. She’s rude and does not have any patience with kids. I have been taking my kid for a while now and she always had rude comments about his behavior, which I get it but it’s normal for kids to cry. I took him again and he started to cry and she told my kid to his face she was not ever going to cut his hair again and that he had to find somewhere else to go. My son was crying and was not even moving but she kept making comments being rude to him and took him off her chair. I held it together and grabbed my child and told her we can find somewhere else to go. I took him to another salon and he didn’t even cry so maybe she was the problem this whole time. She’s the only person running the salon with empty chairs, it makes sense why nobody wants to work with her!!

Mrs Viki is a very nice lady I live in Chicago and moved to Beaumont 16 years ago and I could not find a good place to have my hair done and my daughter took me to Mrs Viki and I am very happy I did 😃

Miss Vicki is so awesome. Very professional, reasonably priced. Always available, she loves her customers and we love her.

Would give less if I could. I used to go to this salon for my kids but my last visit was very unpleasant. I’m very non confrontational and the lady just made me want to cry and made me feel so uncomfortable. She was very condescending and rude. I went in hoping she would help me style my hair and tell me what would look good, instead I got mocked for not knowing what I want. Well isn’t she the stylist? So unpleasant and absolutely horrible experience. She would talk to her friend in Vietnamese, nothing wrong with that, but I could tell they were talking about me cause the friend would comment on my hair saying “oh it looks good”. Horrible please don’t go to this place.
