Love the cut! Danielle was really wonderful with my 6 year old who chattered, sang, or giggled the entire time! They were able to get us scheduled quickly also.

Somewhere along the line the quality of the cut and color, and customer service has shifted. The last time I was there, the owner started talking and joking with someone else while I was in the chair in the middle of a cut. This time she took someone who had a long color appointment while I was in her chair with a wet head, and I had arrived 25 minutes before that person. I didn't mind initially, except the level of customer service is way down. Long story short, find someone else who is more focused. I think they may be selling anyway. New name and fewer people for a Saturday.

The quality of the cut is fine. The quality of the communication + client care was virtually nonexistent. I have felt more comfortable and attended in a Great Clips. After a brief consultation, I was led to a shampoo chair by my stylist. I was then left in that shampoo chair for 30+ minutes. Did my stylist have another client? No. She was just "folding laundry". If youve ever sat in a shampoo chair, you know what a literal pain in the neck this is. It was a long, uncomfortable time. Shoutout to the kind, redheaded girl who eventually came over and earnestly asked "Are you here for a haircut or are you just hanging out?" Id been unacknowledged + unattended for so long someone thought maybe I was just 'hanging out' in the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIR ON THE PLANET, lmfao. My appointment was a

I went here because a friend of mine recommended Vicky. I asked for a balayage and it turned out like I had red highlights on my hair. I called the place for a refund and spoke with the owner and stated that they did not do that nor offered me to come back to get if fixed. What shocked me was that she didn't even offer for me to come back or anything. With just a simple " Oh Vicky said that you were happy when left here" Of course i was not happy and not satisfied with the results. I know is hard to work on colored hair but jeez at least try your best!!. Definitely not going back there or recommending anyone to that awful place. Posting pics of what I asked and what I got!
