Really wanted to like this place but definitely didn’t. Had an appointment and it wasn’t respected and hardly any communication upon arrival. They kinda forgot I was there so I decided to get a tea and come back and still no attention. When I finally was sat the prices and services were different then what was posted on their website and they didn’t honor the price or service. To top it off the lady started ice cold water on feet, walked away then it got scorching hot and she ever came back. Had to tell her twice it was scorching hot. Throughout the first half of the service she kept walking away and wasn’t really attentive. After she was finally done charging others and the salon was practically empty did the service improve. So the first time I came was exactly 2 weeks ago from today. I came and seen Tim. I did not have an appointment however they took me in very quick. I showed a picture of how basic I wanted my nails and Tim was able to do that ! I loved them! 💗 I came back today for a fill and unfortunately Tim was not available at that time but I was seen by Vivian which I did not mind (again my nails are basic, anyone can do them) Vivian made them more narrow and fixed my broken nail 🫶🏼 💟 they look absolutely amazing! This is my new go to! Very CLEAN and welcoming plus the service is excellent 🤍

We came in just to get gel on our natural nails, but both my sister and I had our cuticles ripped during the service. I spoke up when it happened to me, but it was brushed off, and then another technician did the same thing to my sister, who ended up bleeding heavily and now has her finger bandaged. This is not normal for a basic gel manicure, and I’m attaching photos of how my finger was left after the service.

Tim did some design work on a full set and it looked amazing. Kelly did my mani and she made suggestions that were more beneficial and followed her lead. Our pedi’s were also wonderful. The employees take their time and ensure that each customer is cared for in a timely manner but with care. I didn’t feel like a number. Come here and get your mani or pedi.

Loved the service reasonable pricing too . I went in for a pedicure and I got the 2 organic foot cure it’s so worth it the massage was only 10 minutes but it was relaxing and great Not mention my nails and my prefect nail Art . I’ll never go anywhere else ever again
