If you’re ever in the Nashua area and are looking for any and I mean any type of hair product I highly recommend visiting ViaStyle! It was the best experience and customer service I’ve had in a long time. Their employee Karen was so polite and respectful. Plus she was very knowledgeable about the products, I told her what I wanted for my hair and she just knew what I needed. Thank you so much Karen for your assistance, time and patience. It was a pleasure! I’ll definitely be back again !

Customer Service? Not something ViaStyle has. Bought Redken product. Got it home and used it once. It is not Redken. Doesn't look, smell, or feel the same. Since I used it once they won't allow an exchange or refund. Kept being told that it IS Redken. "I use the same thing sonI know it is". Very rude. Asked to speak to a manager. Nope. Was told it was just her and the owner there. Asked to speak to owner and was told that the owner wanted her to talk to me.bagain, asked to speak to the owner. Was told I couldn't speak to her directly but could be put on speaker phone. I shared my concerns again. Silence. I was taken off of speaker phone. Girl said that the owner said no refunds or exchanges and then hung up on me. Unacceptable.

I drove to nh specifically to go to this store. The sign on the door said be back in 15 minutes. I’ve been here for a half hour, and finally someone appeared. Her reason is she had a virtual doctor appointment. Please schedule for non work hours.

Store in NH is very organized. Karen Foden is really awesome. I gave her 5 star because she always there to help me when I shop and she always give me good recommendations if I ask her questions.

Read the fine print carefully on return policy. Especially on unused hair styling products. Can only exchange, for similar products, just threw away 200 on an overpriced non returnable product unopened and within days of purchasing. After years of satisfactory product purchasing I could not believe how this place price gauges certain products and has a very sketchy/scammy product sells system and I used to be a frequent shopper here. (I have mediocre feelings about this recommendation) but even a place like Sephora has a far more flexible policy than this place and I have very limited experience with Sephora compared to the years I used to go to Via.
