Customer Reviews
I had called them after I got turned away from another salon in the area from my hair being too ratty and wanted to charge me an Outrageous rate I told them what had happened and they were more than willing to give me a seat the next day when I walked in, I was anxious and I was hoping that they would not turn me away from like the other salon did and they didn’t. They made me feel at home and they made me feel welcome checking in on me making sure I was comfortable with what was going on as well as giving me hair tips and tricks to make me feel confident again. When I left the hair salon, I felt more confident than ever, knowing that someone cared about me that much to spend that much time on my hair. Overall, great experience, great stylist, and great environment. I will be going back fo
Michael is amazing - my daughter had invented a haircut and no other stylist had been brave enough to see it through. Not only did Michael listen to her patiently, but then he took his time and executed it and it looks even better than I imagined. I also got a fabulous long layer cut and he even found curl in my hair which I didn’t know was there. The most fun afternoon in Andersonville. I’m hooked!
Louie really impressed me! I have really fine, flat, straight hair and it is hard to find someone who embraces my natural texture. He cut it so it would lay well when it was straight and not styled with hot tools or gobs of product. He put in some layers at the back but they are really invisible and blend in well, see photo. I came in originally worried that my highlights were too bronze. Louie was very smart and encouraged me to use a purple shampoo for a while before diving in and recoloring. I thought the results were very pretty. I also appreciated that he took a conservative approach rather than damaging my hair with more color.
Rave Review—and the short story is we have finally found our salon after a few years of hunting! The booking process was a breeze and we had amazing experiences with Alexis and Louis. I’ve been looking for a place that both my daughter and I can get our hair cut with a salon level experience that is also welcoming to her. She’s a well behaved 6 year old that wants to feel beautiful. Via Rose went above and beyond on every level. They made her (and in turn, me) feel so special. Gave us both beautiful cuts, treated us to special drinks complete with glitter (duh) and then gave my girl a prize at the end! Bonus is that Louis actually understood my complex wavy hair structure and was incredibly intelligent and engaging—And THEN Alexis was kind enough to track our family down at Lady Gregory’s
1/8/26 update: management hasn't reached out and this stylist still works there now known as "J Carlos" . Be careful, if you value your hair. I got the worst haircut of my life here last week - I'm so sad. I had long hair and went in for a decent trim and came out with this (check out photo). I didn't realize it until I got home and slept on it, but the layers were unblended, crooked, uneven and just terribly executed. I paid $100 with tip. Jose is super nice, but this was not a good haircut. If stylists are not qualified, they should not be marketed as experienced. Now I have to figure out where to get it fixed (definitely not going back there).
