It’s so hard to find a good stylist that you can trust with your hair and I believe I found my new natural hair stylist. The professionalism was outstanding from entry to departure. She was prompt, patient and so kind. This was my first experience with Vernesia and we talked like we been friends for a while. I will definitely be back.

Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. She ruined my niece’s prom experience by ghosting us on the day of her appointment which was the DAY OF prom. This was a confirmed appointment and she was very aware of the fact that this was her senior prom. She never replied to any message nor did she even apologize or offer any recommendations for a replacement. Just never responded. She read the message (suggestion: turn off your read receipts if you are going to ghost customers) and made the decision not to respond. This is just unprofessional, unacceptable, and deplorable.

When I get my hair done at Vglaze I get so relaxed that I fall asleep. I love the way she shampoos my head it makes me want to melt and slide out of the chair. The place is clean, bright, peaceful.

Vernesia knows how to do all types of hair and is so personable and kind. She has done my hair for a couple of years now and it always looks great! I appreciate how meticulous she is, and customer service oriented. Try and see! You won't be disappointed!!

Vernesia is the absolute best. She took great care of my hair after I damaged it with braids and weaves. My hair feels so much healthier now that she’s got me on the right track. I highly recommend VGlaze for all your haircare needs.
