I’ve had short hair for 10+ years and my fair share of experiences with good and bad hair stylists in Beijing, Chicago, Minneapolis, St. Louis and SF Bay Area. Jeff is hands down the G.O.A.T of women’s haircut if you’re looking for the following: He is great at the craft. He doesn’t sell you expensive treatments. He can do great color but only if you ask. He talks as little or as much as you want that day. Price is always so fair. The shop is super clean and organized always with a steady team of younger folks learning on the job. You can tell it’s a well run team when turnover is that low. Highly recommend.

The folks at Verve are phenomenal. They have done my hair for a while now and I love it every time. My kids asked to go, and now they don't want their hair cut anywhere else! Thanks to Jeff, Julie, and all the rest for always taking care of us!

I had never been to this salon before. Called, made an appt, and met my stylist Alex to discuss what ideas I had in mind. Alex is great. She took the time and was very patient to help me figure out what would look good on me. Alex had great suggestions, and my haircut turned out marvelous. I absolutely love this place, and I will certainly be returning to Verve for their great service.

Jen has been fantastic for me. She's the first stylist during my three year journey to platinum blonde to get it right! And anything new I want to try, she is very willing to talk through it and be honest if she's hesitant for any reason. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for - quality! And the rest of the staff is always friendly and talkative. I may have to make the trip back every few months to see then when I move.

Jenn did an phenomenal job on my hair! She took her time to listen to me and added finishing touches that really made the haircut. I would highly recommend her. Also, the rest of the staff was very courteous and attentive.
