I’ve been seeing Roxana for a few years and I’m always satisfied with the care and service received. I do blond highlights and hair extensions, and leave feeling great every time. Besides that, she’s a great human and I enjoy our conversations.

Roxanna really took the time to talk through with me what I wanted. I felt like she really focused on me the whole time; she didn’t overbook and I got top notch treatment. I used the Groupon and upgraded a little (did some additional color that wasn’t in the package) so I paid a little extra, no issues. Highly recommend this business! I curled it for an event last weekend and I love how it turned out!

I have been going to Roxanna for over two years now and she is amazing. She is consistent and talented. She has helped me grow my hair longer than it ever has been. Her products are awesome as well.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worse customer service and they took my sisters money with a mistake zelle payment she made. They said they would refund her the money and now they’re refusing to give her refund. She was never serviced here. It was a honest payment mistake and would think a business would do the right thing and refund. Now she’s been robbed!

I went to Vertyx Salon in Cranford today for a Brazilian keratin treatment. The stylist who did my keratin was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job on my hair. The salon is spotless, and all necessary precautions were practiced due to covid. I would highly recommend Roxanna to anyone looking for a great stylist. I will definitely be back!
