RiRi was my stylist and that is where all my issues began and ended as of yesterday! She began to braid sloppy and too big. We would arrive and she'd not be present and expect us to wait an hour or more for her. That should have been it for me!! But I'm all about supporting my people so I decided to stick with her. So this last time not only was she not there and didn't have any plans to get there I was passed the shop phone telling me RiRi wanted to speak with me! To make a long story short she wasn't coming!! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate!!

Nice & clean establishment. Hair stylist's make you feel very comfortable. They let you know step by step what they're doing to your hair. Will be booking another appointment!! 😄

Love the way Everleen does hair!! I'm always amazed at how beautiful my hair feels and looks after leaving her chair! She's definitely one of Rockford's top stylists.

This place is fye... RiRi get me done right. She is very professional and always on time. I recommended friends and family to her and she get them in and out and her work is phenomenal. I recommend her for anything from braids, locs, or your own natural hair. And oh she did my color one time ANd it came out perfect!!!! Yaaassssss she’s IT
