Versa Tan

I have been going here 4 times a week for over a month now. Kenzie is the absolute best, she is at the west end location. She has been so helpful and knowledgeable. This past Saturday I got so many compliments on my tan. I tried 3 lotions from here and cloud 9 is so amazing it has color correction in the formula smells awesome and goes on easy. I have never looked better. Thanks kenzie and versa tan for helping me be summer ready. ☀️

I was very excited to use VersaTan because I work a weird shift and had a hard time finding salons that were open at times that work with my schedule. The package was a little pricey for what I wanted (just unlimited level 1 tanning) but the 24 hour time frame made it worth it. The first time I tried getting into the salon after hours my fingerprint did not work on the scanner. I called the after hours number on the door and the girl from the answering service was super rude and said she couldn't help me and to call the store during business hours. I complained the next day and the owner contacted me. He was very helpful and apologetic which was great. I still had some problems getting in after hours. Usually had to scan my finger print a dozen to two dozen times til it finally work

I signed up for the membership today and now I’m stuck for 6 months?? My issue is with the unlimited plan I chose. Although the employee was super nice, she did not tell me that they don’t have the hybrid working so that limits it to 2 beds?? She did tell me that the grand store has one. She failed to tell me that they are not open 24hrs like the king location. The whole reason that I came here was so i can tan late at night when it’s convenient for me. So now I’m stuck for the 6 months with 2 beds. Should have disclosed all this info before I signed up!!! Editing this to say if I could give it negative stars I would. So along with the above, I come to tan and you can’t even get signed in because the thumb reader is not working. And on their page to contact them by filling out a form

I started with Versa Tan back in 2010 when they opened. Was always clean, great selection of beds. I moved away for several years and now back in Billings. Went into tan several weeks ago to the west end location, went into the stand up bed. Noticed that there were 13 bulbs out. Yes I counted. Informed gal at front desk and she said oh no, thank you I’ll check it out. I went back to same location 4 days ago to same stand up and there are now 17 bulbs out. Out of the 9 rooms, there are only like 3 working beds. I have been going to the Grand location because they have more options. However, they seem to have issues with the stand up there not always starting. Been a disappointment amongst a few other issues I’ve had. May have to seek tanning else where. I love that they’re open 24 seven and the young women that work there’s are all smiles and super sweet but don’t really know what’s going on. I didn’t fulfill my contract for six months with services when I found out that there was an option to just buy points for tabs instead of signing a contract, which regardless of the legal wording it wouldn’t hurt for a company to explain to you exactly just what your signing. I came back the next day after purchasing the points package and they wouldn’t let me tan, informed me I wasn’t allowed to tan, and all of my money was put towards the “ the creditors” I owed. Which I’m pretty sure is ILLEGAL. Super sketchy AND unprofessional.
