We placed orders in September. It is now March. We have been given date after date. Each one goes by, and no notification. Our North American head of procurement and our VP of Operations are now involved. They were given a date of Monday promised by the plant manager himself. It is now Thursday. I have tried calling 3 different people, including the plant manager (whose VM is now filled). Talked to 1 person who told me to email her with the orders, and she would get back to me. No email, no phone. Silence. I understand you have issues. Then don't give me an answer if you can't meet it. Do Not Do Business With This Company if you can avoid it. I have to say that I love the customer service. There products are expensive compared to there competitors though. For simple thermostats I would suggest to go to Selco or ATC for better pricing.
