I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I provided all the information they requested, including a complete formula, and still had to wait weeks between responses from their single sales representative. After all that time, they eventually told me they were unable to produce the product, even though it was a straightforward blowout spray and nothing complex. Their lack of communication and professionalism cost my business several weeks and delayed my product launch till after the holidays. I would not recommend them to anyone who values timely responses and reliable service.
