Great experience and great results! Finally… after many months of chronic knee/leg pain and mobility issues I’m finally feeling better and am on the road to recovery. When I started I could barely go up/down stairs or walk any length of distance without suffering. I’m now back to walking, hiking, training and even light runs! I am completely new to roofing and Iga did a great job of breaking it down for me. I was initially a little worried that rolfing might hurt or be uncomfortable, but Iga was great at listening to my body and staying with what I felt comfortable with.
