Don't make the mistake of presenting a coupon before your service because they will have you in out of the chair as fast as possible even with wet hair on a day when the outdoor temperatures were in the 20's. Also the $5 jewelry they offer for sale brings the perception of this high class place down a notch. - $5 Necklace & Earrings but $47 for a haircut? Not happy at all after last appointment, there are much better places!

I have been seeing Nancy for 8 years now after checking out the work at several other places. Nancy, a registered nurse, is far and above the best, most professional and sterile out of all! I will continue to see her even after we move out of state it is that hard to find someone with her skills. You can't go wrong with Nancy for any of her services!

Awful!! I have been getting my eyelashes done ( individual eyelash extensions) for two years, never have I ever faced this sort of incompetency. The lady sounded so confident, but after an hour of laying there I finally had to go look at them...she did half of one eye and she completely glued all of my lashes together!! Prior to starting I even asked her to tell me what she's going to do so the eyelashes don't stick together...like they shouldn't when individual eyelash extensions are done properly! I asked to speak to the manager who was just as incompetent and had no words and couldn't show me their licenses. I wouldn't trust to use even their bathroom after this experience! I wouldn't ever use any of their services. Please take caution if booking any service at the Versnda Salon in Lanc

I came from Washington State. I’ve only let one person ever do my brows and that was back home. Took me awhile to pick/trust anyone else, but I was due. I never see anyone but Nancy now. Very Satisfied

Kim was the best. She always gives me a great cut!! Ask for her. You won't be disappointed.
