3 bloody cuticles is inexcusable! The place is dirty and I am concerned I’m going to get an infection. The lady I saw just a couple weeks ago had quit(wonder why). After seeing Jeff, who had assured me he had experience with acrylics, I left bloody and dissatisfied. These were also supposed to be almond shaped which, as you can see, they’re not. This photo was taken 48 hours after the appointment and they’re still bleeding, scabby and hurt. When I went in to speak with management the next day I was told that trimming cuticles isn’t included in getting acrylics. So you did something I didn’t ask for and left me bloody? I absolutely love going to Vera Nails! They are my go to for no-chip nail design with nail builder, and they always come out beautiful 🩷 I'll have the photos speak for itself... I always get compliments when I'm out, and highly recommend this place! Easy online booking, small parking lot available, fair pricing and kind staff. The owner Bella always tries to accommodate scheduling needs the same day if needed.

I recently got a Deluxe pedicure post Chicago Marathon and Jenny was amazing!!!! One of the best pedicures I've ever gotten. The extended massage and callus removal was truly needed after 4 months of vigorous running and training. In addition, I also got my holiday nails done by Bella. I've been going to her for my nails for 2 years, she spot nails my design requests to an impressive feat. My friends always ask who and where I get my nails done. I get gel builder refills and have asked for almost every design you can conjure up. They have the best gel, acrylic, cateye, chrome and 3D gel selections! I can't tell you enough how great the whole salon, so go find out for yourself!!!

Came here to get gel X and the service was amazing! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the nails came out exactly like the picture I showed them. Great services for one of the best prices in the area for gel X.

I have been going to Bella at Vera Nails for years. Before I found her salon, I was going to places all over the city, searching for a go-to nail salon. It took me a while but this is the place! They have great color options, skilled techs, easy online booking, fair prices, very sweet employees and I’ve left my appointments happy and with lasting results. I am picky about all beauty services and so long as I live in Chicago, I will be a loyal customer to this salon. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a great nail salon!
