Vera 2 Beauty Supply

I went to Vera Second Hair and Wigs to buy hair clips. Once I opened the package, I realized the clips were extremely thin and not suitable for my hair. There was no way to know this before opening since everything is fully packaged. When I went back, I wasn’t even asking for a refund — I simply wanted to exchange them for a different product. They refused, saying all sales are final. How is a customer supposed to know if a product works for their hair without opening it? Most stores allow returns or exchanges if you’re not satisfied. Unfortunately, I ended up wasting $40. Very disappointing customer service. super rude the guy in the front

Stopped in on a whim last week and walked out with the best curl-defining cream I’ve ever tried. Shelves are packed, prices make sense, and the staff actually listen before recommending anything. My hair’s been loving me ever since—definitely my new spot.

Wow! This store is amazing! The people that work here are great!!!!!! The staff is great they help me for things I wasn't knowlable about when it came to products to use. I drive by so many stores but I only come here because of the customer service and the service they provide. I'm glad I moved closer.i use to drive from port st Lucie just to come to this store. Continue to keep up the good work. Please stop by the store and experience what I experience Everytime I come

I just called them (7/17/25) to ask them how much is their Rio hair because I didn’t want to drive 25 minutes if it was cheaper elsewhere. And The guy on the phone told me that they do not tell prices over the phone because it is a company policy. Wonder who made up that policy?

They had everything I wanted and the employees are really helpful👍
