Venus Nails

I had been trying to find a reasonably priced spot with high quality work and a good atmosphere in the area for a while. Ignore the couple of negative reviews, this is one of the best spots in this city and the staff will always make sure you’re taken care of. That’s why it’s now my go to spot for all things nails.

This was my first time coming here and I must say all of the ladies that work here are really nice. I've been getting 'gel full sets and fill in' for years now and when I came here the woman was very careful,gentle and precise. I had my son with me this day and towards the end he started to fuss so naturally I gave him his binky. In doing so my nail rubbed caught his blanket causing lint to get on my nail which shouldn't have happened since I'd already stuck my hands under the UV light twice. Come to find out the set timer was only on for 5 seconds and should have been 1 minute. I seen her getting the pieces of lint of my nails and said good she got it all come to find out she didn't so now I'm stuck with a lint nail. You can barely see it but it's the principle. OVERALL I give them 4 star

The BEST nail salon, I’ve been going here for about a year. I appreciate they are cognizant about their (and the clients) schedule- sitting around for an extra 40min because a nail tech is multitasking with 5 different clients sucks and I’ve never experienced that here. Their attention to detail shows in their high quality work, my gel manicure is over two weeks old and despite the grow out there is NO peeling or chipping. Not even close. I was hesitant to write a review because I wanted to safeguard my fave nail place… but that’s not fair to their wonderful business or anyone wanting the best mani pedi!

1st time doing a pedicure with my girlfriend 2 weeks ago here. Honestly, nearly the entire experience was great! We both were very impressed with the staff & their work + attention to detail. We did the deluxe packages and my girlfriend got color on her nails. However, the part that sparked this review is when we went to pay for everything. The total was $85.00. I intended to tip $15.00 but I must have pressed the wrong button and my total jumped up to $175. I told the staff member about it, she saw the total, literally grabbed my card out of my hand and tapped it on the NFC reader to try and force the charge through but it didn't work.. because I don't have NFC Tap Pay enabled on for my credit card for this EXACT reason. My original t&m nails was closed so i went there at 6:10 and they close at 7 and the lady told me they were closed. There was also no customers in there either. The last one left and then told she told me theres was no time.If you cant do a fill in 30/40mins. You shouldnt be doin nails. Walk ins are not welcome,ive done a walkin twice..still no service, Saturday are appointment only..which is bullshit. They advertise to be all these things and there not. Staff isn't unaccommodating! What a joke
