I love this place. I've been going for several years. Minnie usually does mine now. Casey does great as well. But today Jimmy the Great took care of me as I went at an unusual time for me. He nailed it!!! Like Always. I walk in with pic they find the colors and knock it out of the park. Inspo pic and my nails.

I will say this is one of the cleanest nail salons to go to in San Angelo. They also understand customer service! They’re great about greeting you, asking what service you want, offering a drink to you! Definitely one of the best places to go for cleanliness and customer service. Prices are a little high, but not anything too outrageous compared to some other places. Also they do work very hard to make sure you like the shape, color, and length.

I went in today to get my nails redone and had a very disappointing experience. The technician started by cutting my nails down but wasn’t paying attention and cut my real nail too short, causing it to bleed. She then used a nail tip to pop off the set I already had. I have very sensitive nails when it comes to removal, so this made the situation even worse. I asked her to soak them off instead, and she was rude about it. After soaking them off, she applied the nail tips, but one of them wasn’t straight. Instead of fixing it properly, she ripped it off and stuck my finger into a dirty container with an unknown liquid, which was very concerning and unhygienic. This has been my go to nail salon for a while now... but I will NOT be going here anymore... my fiance & I got pedis they were the basic pedis & I got my toes neon orange & they added acrylic to my big toe bc i broke it the night before... not to mention they left the acrylic nail SUPER LONG & crooked ! I ended up having to file it down when I got home. I also got a refill done & the French tip removed... Idk how they do refills bc I always get a new set but he filed my French tip off & filled it with the neutral color... I told him I wanted my nails to match my toes but he didn't understand I guess... they charged me for a full set & definitely NOT the basic pedis. I got my quince nails done here and I’m absolutely in love with them. They’re gorgeous, the nail tech that did my nails is Jimmy The Master, He specializes in nail art. I’m usually picky about my nails but this time there’s nothing I can complain about. If your thinking of getting some nail art ask for Jimmy, he’s quick and is gonna leave your nails looking beautiful 🫶🏼💅🏼
