Venus Nails - Facial

I came in to get a pedicure & was greeted by the most beautiful smile from Ms. Tracy the moment I walked in. She went above and beyond to take care of me & made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service was truly exceptional—professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She made the entire experience feel welcoming and effortless. This was honestly unlike any other experience I’ve had, and if I could give her more than five stars, I absolutely would.

2 stars is only for customer service. They were very nice however my nails did not turn out well. I was in the area and trying a different place. Never again. I've never had short acrylic nails look so fat and polish look so bad. Even when trying to explain that they were not right, I dont feel the technician understood. They even feel wavy. I should've gone somewhere else. None of the reviews are even recent.

Great service!! I suggest a more simple style coming into the store, but overall a great experience especially for my first time getting acrylic nails😄very happy with my results!!

Quick and courteous. Price is comparable for practical 'Everyday' manicure. Tom soaks off the top of each set. This ensures lasting product adherence to your nail bed. Recommended for the best bang for your buck! These last and last.
