Venus Nail Spa

Paid almost 100 for a gel set and 2 hearts on my nails. Hasn't even been 2 weeks and they are starting to Crack and come up on the sides I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I’m leaving this review not because of the quality of my nails. My nails look fabulous thanks to Wendy, but because of the owner, Anthony. When I first arrived, Wendy told Anthony she had another client scheduled at 11, but he told her she had to take me anyway, even after she explained her schedule. Then, while she was doing my nails, she asked him for a simple favor, to help soak her client’s nails (just grabbing tubs and placing the client’s hands in them) because she was running a little behind. He proceeded to throw a tantrum, called her slow, and demeaned her in front of customers. He even claimed she hadn’t been doing anything for an hour, which was completely untrue since she was actively working on my nails. This was one of the worst mani-pedis i have had in a very long time. I came in on a walk-in and specifically asked if they had time for a mani pedi and they said yes no problem. But They were already backed up come to find out as i had to wait close to an hour for my ancs after my pedicure. Pedicure was fine enough except for the following: The attendant i had, soaked my nails in acetone while the pedi took place...they were never removed until i asked about them. And then the attendant proceeded to give me a nail buffer and told me to buffer out the old ancs myself! I had gel polish done that looked like i done them myself ( please see photos) The massage on my legs was less than 10 minutes and the paraffin wax was lightly done, didnt cover my whole foot and was in plastic bags. I recently visited this nail salon and I must say, I am beyond impressed! It was relaxing, the staff was friendly and attentive and the services offered were great! The nail technicians were highly skilled and paid great attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of my manicure and pedicure was perfect. The staff ensures that each customer is comfortable and satisfied with their services. The sanitation practices were outstanding, making me feel safe and at ease during my visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a luxurious and high-quality beauty experience. My daughter & I went there this morning for pedicures. Regular pedicure $30. I asked for the hot stone massage as well ($10 extra) and we both upgraded to the simply refreshing pedicure for $40. She massaged me for 6 minutes with hot stone (3 minutes each leg) the simply refreshing pedicure was to include additional services however we definitely both received the same service as a regular pedicure. My pedicure started at 10am, and my daughters started at 10:13. We were both done at 10:39 and charged $130! I tried to do the math and still couldn’t figure it out… no one tells you any prices. Complete rip off and I will absolutely never return
