Terrible terrible service. If I could give zero ratings I would. Ahlam and her staff were incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. They had told me I don’t need to make an appointment and I could walk in. However, after walking in Ahlam said I needed an appointment. She made me wait for 4 hours until I was seen. People were coming in after me and they were being serviced just because they spoke Arabic but I just had to wait for hours and hours. I kept asking her when it will be my turn and she said after this client after this client. Not to mention I drove all the way from Escondido for this haircut just to be treated absolutely disrespected. Never again. I WOULD NEVER recommend this salon to anyone.

The staff were friendly. However I did a face wax for 35 dollars and the job was decent I still found some hair. The surprise was in the morning my face was bloody😞. They reserve more than 2 starts but I didn’t expect that to happen.

Zero star! I booked my haircut appointment a week in advance, on the day of my appointment Ahlam lady made me wait for 2.5 hours, other ladies kept coming after me and Ahlam took care of them because they spoke Arabic. I kept asking for my turn but she ignored me, I had to leave with no haircut and wasted half of my day as i had to drive from Chula Vista.

Bernadette is the best aesthetician in San Diego! She gives the most amazing blowouts & alwaysssss slays my eyebrows. I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else
