Venus eyebrow threading and skin care

I’ve been coming here for over three years now, always asking for the same person, Leila, because I genuinely liked how she shaped my eyebrows — especially since mine are thick. I’ve even recommended this place to friends who complimented my brows, yet the behavior toward customers is not good here. I’ve tried other services in the past like waxing, and those experiences were horrible i had skin burns — so I stopped. I kept coming only for the brows. But after today’s experience, I won’t be going back. They don’t smile and are too rude. Poor customer service speaks louder than anything else. Especially Indians with thick hair don’t go here.. they are too tired for it.

I really liked the results of the eyebrows threading and lips - total price $19. The lady did not talk much, as I came in she only asked me what I wanted, I sat down and she did the whole process in like 10 minutes, what is really good. The only thing that I don’t know if they accept any other type of payment, because I paid cash and I did not see any credit card machine. Maybe zelle ? I posted the before and after of the eyebrow threading. I am definitely coming back. It is in a pretty convenient location.

Uneven brows. Took a chunk of the front of my eyebrow and said I came in like that…. And she made one eyebrow smaller and low and the other one is thicker with a high arch . I got a temporary permanent questioning brow face till I regrow my eyebrows back or whenever I shape them somewhere else 😄

I wanted to love this place, because it’s a very convenient location for me. She was very gentle with my eyebrows, and it hurt way less than any other time I’ve had my brows threaded. They didn’t turn out as nicely as other places have done them in the past, but that’s partially my fault for not being more vocal about what I wanted. The reason for my review is because my skin is breaking out horribly around my eyebrows. The lady who did my brows didn’t wash her hands between me and the two people she did before me. I gave the benefit of the doubt, thinking that surely she sanitized between clients and I just missed it. But now I’m thinking that wasn’t even done. Sadly I am not planning on returning.
