I brought a handheld dryer from this store two weeks ago. I used it 1 time and it stopped working 2 weeks later. I have no receipt nor do I have the box. I called the store to try to get another one and the new owner said I’ve couldn’t help me. Basically, I was out of a dryer. Who keeps the box or receipt for a hairdryer? Miss Lee would have given me another one but her nephew the new owner needs to work on his customer service. I been shopping since her hair store opened for over 20 years. Now I will never return and I’ll take my money somewhere else. ✌🏽

Nice and friendly workers and owner. The lady at the register is a little extra, but the others make up for her indiscretions. They could order items if necessary, but now I'm not sure if it's extra.

I absolutely love this place. They have every beauty product you need. They're reasonably priced too. I love the girl who does the wigs. She is so sweet, gentle, & knows her stuff. The owners are very friendly as well. A very nice couple. I will continue to come here for any hair, or make up, or jewelry needs. I will be a long time customer.
