Bought a nix wonder stick 2 hrs ago. It was absolutely a hideous wrong color. Will not work with any part about my body. Because I tore the box when I opened it because it’s hard to open without tearing. They refuse to give me credit they refuse to do any exchanges they refuse to do anything to help me out even though I’ve been coming here for years(8+). I’ve never been so mind blown. I understand the concept of not being able to resell it. I also know distributors do exchanges and credits. Plus, there’s a certain allowance for write offs in every business. I feel like if I spoke more Spanish or if I didn’t work in a man dominated field next-door to them that would’ve been a little bit nicer to me I only asked to return this product because it was $14. Or do store credit so I can get some

This is very good place This establishment is indeed a very good place to visit. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and welcoming. You will find the offerings here to be of excellent quality. It offers a delightful experience for anyone seeking a nice outing. We highly recommend considering this location.

I went to this beauty supply today . They have a good selection it’s just a lot of the stuff is over priced including the hair . I didn’t get much for the simple fact I know I can get it cheaper elsewhere. Just an fyi all of their stuff is overpriced that’s why no one is in there .

Staff and manager were very unfriendly today. Asked the manager a question and I was yelled at. An employee, the Spanish girl, seemed irritated and short in every encounter. I felt very unwelcome today. There is a huge beauty supply in the Dunwoody Village plaza near Kroger on Chamblee Dunwoody Rd for those who feel unwelcomed here.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. No selection and horrible workers. Very rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. The young Spanish girl working here AND the front cashier old Hispanic woman working in the front are some of the worst employees I have ever encountered. Do NOT shop here.
