They take very good care of my hair, and the results are always spectacular! My last visit I came to repair a disaster done by a different salon and Dulce did a miracle on my hair. They are absolute professionals with hair. I will never go to any other salon! Thank you Venus!

I’m extremely disappointed. I came in with photos and clearly asked for a dark burgundy red with a light  blonde skunk stripe. I repeatedly said I didn’t like how it was turning out and was told to “trust the process.” The final result looked nothing like what I asked for no blonde at all, just uneven red/orange tones. I was later told the stylist chose not to bleach my hair to not damage hair knowing I needed the bleach. I also asked for a trim to cut off dead ends and a lot of length was cut off. I paid almost $300 and left crying, feeling ignored and disrespected. I’m sharing this so others are aware before booking.

Absolutely love love love the services that are given. My hair was so bad they literally bought my hair back to life honestly I been following the owner every where she went Kenya because I don’t trust my hair in every ones hands. Staff is amazing welcoming even offer you complementary snacks and drinks while you wait. You ask they deliver I wanted blond and they never fail

After a summer in and out of the pool, and my regular hairdresser retiring, my hair became very damaged. I was very hesitant in trying someone new with the state of my hair. The service was great, and I was very happy with the results.
