My husband and I recently had the 120-minute couples massage at Vent Suite Massage & Spa, and we absolutely loved every part of the experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was calming, welcoming, and beautifully set up for relaxation. Taji was amazing — professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. My girl booked me for Vday. I was greeted with champagne as I made my way to the massage area. The room was decorated nicely with balloons, petals, and other vday related decor. It was an amazing massage in a relaxing atmosphere. My shoulder and neck pain feels so much better! I will definitely recommend it to anyone of looking for a great massage and courteous service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience. A colleague generously purchased a gift certificate for me in April 2025 for my birthday. Due to systems change at my workplace, I was unable to locate the certificate email and contacted the spa for assistance in retrieving it. Between April and June 2025, I reached out multiple times (at least four) via email. When I finally received a response, I was asked to provide details about the purchaser. I promptly provided all requested information, including the purchaser's name, email address, and phone number, so they could locate the certificate on their end. This was my girlfriend and I’s first couple massage, and Taji and Alana did not disappoint! Upon arrival, they asked us which parts of our body we wanted massaged and made us feel at home. The suite is beautiful and has a great zen feeling to it. It was the most relaxing 60 minutes of my life!! The quality of the massage was amazing, with Taji and Alana offering us snacks and refreshments before and after the massage. They made sure to ask how we were doing numerous times throughout the massage and adjusted their pressure accordingly. We had a couples massage. Took hubby for his birthday. The communication was great when making the reservation. Also great reminders. Taji and Alana were very welcoming. Great energy. Taji explained every step. She did not rush us. She asked if we had questions and allowed us to ask. This spot screams relaxation and professionalism. Offered tea, snacks, water and mints. Room was set up so nice. Heated tables was a plus for me. The massage service was awesome. We had the hot oil treatment. Taji actually read my info on my paperwork and acknowledge it. Very thorough and encouraging! I will definitely patronize this business again. And I will tell my friends.
