I recently visited Venezia Nails and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, which set a lovely tone for my visit. The salon is impressively organized and spotlessly clean, making it a relaxing environment to pamper yourself. I also appreciated how they’ve separated the no-chip colors from the dip powders—it made finding exactly what I wanted a breeze! A huge shoutout to Nina for doing my nails; she is incredibly talented and creative! I absolutely loved how my nails turned out. I can't recommend this place enough—definitely my new go-to nail salon! 🌟💅

Very disappointed and will not be returning to Venezia. I went in for a pedicure and polish change, and the service was careless and unprofessional. The technician got oil on my UGG slippers and purple exfoliant on my light-colored pants and did not acknowledge or apologize. When I pointed out the stain on my pants, she scrubbed them without asking, and the stain is still there. My nails and cuticles were not properly cleaned, it felt very performative rather than thorough. When I asked about the stain on my slippers, another employee applied rubbing alcohol, which is not appropriate for oil-based stains. If the stain doesn’t come out, over $100 slippers were ruined due to their messiness. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Best nail salon in Glenview by far! Everyone is amazing and especially Nina whose attention to detail and her talent with small custom designs is top notch! Definitely my new go-to salon!

I came here today for a dip manicure. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was told to pick a color. Then they started the process. The guy who was doing my nails just seemed distracted the whole time and was very rough with my nails especially my cuticles to the point where they are bleeding. I even told him to be more gentle to which he said okay but just kept doing what he was doing. The color that I picked for my nails is completely different then the color that was put on my nails. When I brought this up to both the guy who did my nails and also the lady who rang me up at the end, I was told that I had picked a gel color but wanted dip. To which I say, okay then tell me to pick a different color which is dip. Take the 30 seconds it takes to show me which colors are for dip colors. I pic

I had a appointment yesterday with a technician that was highly recommended to me by one of my friends she texted me in the morning that she was sick unable to work I said that’s fine I will wait for you she said come tomorrow next day comes she texts me again and says she is sick and I should go and do my nails with another technician. Went there they placed me with a technician named Helen . First of all she worked very rushed and the quality is unacceptable. I am not a very picky person but I will leave some pictures here just to see what it is . I would like to try Nina the technician that I was originally scheduled with . But I am so mad I wasted 40$
