12.12.25, I booked an appointment here specifically asking for an acrylic overlay refill with gel. I have it in writing that they offer this, and it is listed on their website. However, the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The technician was clearly unprepared; she didn't have the matching acrylic color, her tools were in poor condition, and she kept having to borrow tools from other staff. The quality of the work was shocking. She cut my natural nails unevenly and actually sliced one of them so short that she had to glue a fake tip on it to make it match—completely defeating the purpose of an overlay on my real nails. John did my nails and they came out great! he was very friendly and accomodating. my rating reflects management policies and customer service. a few days after my mani/pedi, more than half my toes were chipped or had no paint at all. once i was back in town (1 week after my appt) i explained the situation and asked if they could re-paint it. i was told i would be charged with a re polish (which costs $20! on top on the $40 I just spent on my deluxe pedi) since it was more than 5 days after my appt. pedis from other salons last me forever, so i'm not sure what went wrong here. it is already an inconvenience for me to go fix something that i already paid for ($160 total that day), and on top of that, have to pay even more! they didn’t apologize, take ownership, or do anything to resolve t

The salon was very clean, and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciated that she spoke both English and Spanish, which made check-in easy. I booked a deluxe pedicure, but I received a classic pedicure instead. While I was only charged for the classic service (which I appreciate), it wasn’t what I originally booked. The service also felt rushed, and I didn’t receive the full experience I was expecting from a deluxe pedicure. The technician was kind, but she only spoke Spanish, and my Spanish is very minimal, so it was difficult to communicate what I wanted especially when it came to having my nails painted. I always do my nails with Katherine Fonseca she is the best!!! She does an amazing job. She takes her time and she is very perfectionist. I like that my nails last 3-4 weeks. They have good quality Nail polish and all the services they do there are great. The place is great and everything is very clean! Get your appointment with Katherine she does not disappoint! ☺️🥰
