Venetian Nail Spa (Boca Mall)

I came in for a walk in yesterday and they were extremely accommodating. Anna is the nail tech that did my nails, she did an amazing job! The design is beautiful and nails are really well done. I couldn’t be happier!

This place is a rip off I didn’t get polish on my toe nails and it was still the same price as a polished pedicure. I got a gel fill- the gentleman that did my nails told me I didn’t need a fill in. Micheal repaired my thumb and painted all my nails in this mint green color. He laid on the gel polish so thick and did a horrible job on shaping my right thumb nail- it’s beyond crooked. They charged me the same as a gel fill in. I would never step foot in here or recommend anyone I know to go here to get any services done. Ripping off your customer in this economy is unethical.

What has happened to customer service over the years? There was a time when businesses took genuine pride in serving their customers, consistently striving to create positive experiences. Now, customer service is frequently lacking, and when it does exist, it can be rude or defensive often showing little regard for customer satisfaction or the long-term impact of driving customers away. I bought my mom a certificate to use for a pedicure at the Town Center location. I went in with her to make sure she had the proper gift documentation. The card was missing. The manager/partner was very rude and defensive. He didn’t care. No card, lost money, even with the paid gift receipt. I left, went to her apartment and found the missing card and returned to the nail spa. So, yes, she was at faul

Lena was the absolute best at this location!!! She's so sweet and did an amazing job! I'm picky.. but these nails came out perfectly!!! The Day of the Dead nails were done by Ethan who paid such great attention to detail and made the thickness of them very natural... A spectacular job!

Lynn did an amazing job on my dip manicure and pedicure! She was so nice, helped me pick my color and left my nails looking great. Definitely will be back! Update June 2025: sad to say this used to be my go to place but they have hired a lot of new people who are unfortunately lazy and just awful! I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure barely had a massage, no scrubbing at all. The gel manicure was the true disappointment. I’ve had hundreds of gel manicures but all she did was take shortcuts. When I noticed the polish was already starting to peel the cherry on top was she cut the pieces that were peeling and said it was fine. Well I’m here to report that one day later every nail is peeling and my $80 was a waste.
